Check your personal social security account and stay up to date on your BASS earnings to complete your asset and personal interest declarations
The National Office of Social Insurance (NOSI) reminds individuals who hold public office and are required to submit declarations of assets and personal interests that information regarding income received during the year from the state social insurance budget in the form of social insurance benefits can be verified independently, electronically.
NOSI reiterates that the current account of insured persons contains both information regarding insured income, contributions calculated and paid to the state social insurance budget, as well as information regarding social insurance benefits determined and paid by NOSI directly to the beneficiary.
Thus, individuals who are required to declare their assets and personal interests in accordance with the provisions of Law 133/2016 on the declaration of assets and personal interests may, if necessary, verify information regarding social benefits (pensions, allowances, including temporary disability benefits) reflected in their personal social insurance account, accessed electronically.
Insured persons may access their current personal account electronically via the “Acces CPAS” system in two ways:
1. Using an access password issued by NOSI through its territorial branches (TOSI), based on the identity card;
2. With an electronic/mobile signature, via the MPass government service, without requesting an access password from TOSI.
The “Access CPAS” system is available online on the official NOSI's website, under the section “Electronic Services Provided by NOSI.”
To view income received in the form of social benefits when generating an electronic statement from your personal current account, you must select the option “Including social insurance benefits.”

In addition, the National Office of Social Insurance makes the information mentioned above available through the government’s citizen portal, where individuals can access it under the “Social Insurance, NOSI” section, by selecting the option “Request a Certificate of Eligibility for Social Benefits.” The data requested through this option will be available for viewing in the “My Files” section.
