The CNAS Call Centre is a consultation service, through a single telephone number (022) 257-777, for individuals and legal entities regarding the establishment, calculation and payment of social benefits, as well as the record of payers and contributions to the state social security budget.

For advice on:

- establishment, calculation and payment of pensions, allowances, grants and compensation - type 1.

- establishment, calculation and payment of benefits for temporary incapacity for work, allowances for families with children, maternity and paternity allowances - type 2.

- record of payers and contributions to the state social insurance budget - type 3.

The Call Centre operates from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00, and on Fridays until 16:00, with a flexible lunchtime schedule.
