Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with a lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00.

Service to citizens in the Territorial Social Insurance Houses:

Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and on Friday until 15:00, with the flexible lunch break schedule as per the following timetable:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - applicants/recipients of pensions, allowances, compensations and aids;

Thursday, Friday - applicants/recipients of allowances addressed to families with children, maternity and paternal allowances;

daily, from Monday to Friday - applicants/beneficiaries of death grants and spa treatment tickets, natural and legal persons paying contributions to the state social insurance budget, including for the issuing of certificates/legitimisations.
