Representatives of the General Legal Directorate of the National Office of Social Insurance are participating in a training session organized by the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM)

In light of the expanding use of the “e-Judicial File” information system and preparations for the implementation of new legislative provisions regarding the digitization of judicial proceedings, representatives of the General Legal Directorate of the National Office of Social Insurance are participating in a training session organized by the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM).
The participation of NOSI's representatives in this training session follows a working meeting held on October 9, 2026, organized by the CSM with the participation of representatives from several public institutions, including the National Office of Social Insurance. During the meeting, participants discussed ways to expand the system’s use, user access, access rights management, the transmission and receipt of documents in electronic format, as well as interoperability with the information systems of the participating institutions.
During the training, NOSI's employees are familiarized with the functionalities of the “e-Judicial File” information system, including:
how to log in and access the system;
submitting applications and documents in electronic format;
using the available tools for interacting with the courts.
The training aims to prepare users for the practical application of digital tools, facilitate communication with the courts, and streamline the processes for sending and receiving documents.
At the same time, the use of the system will help simplify procedures, reduce the exchange of paper documents, and strengthen electronic communication between the NOSI and the courts.
NOSI supports the digitization of institutional services and procedures by leveraging technological solutions that help streamline operations and improve interaction with other public authorities.
