From October 5–8, 2026, the National Office of Social Insurance (NOSI) of the Republic of Moldova is hosting a working visit by a delegation from the State Social Insurance Fund under the Ministry of Social Security and Labor of the Republic of Lithuania (SODRA).
The purpose of the visit is to exchange experiences and best practices in the administration of the social insurance system and to strengthen cooperation between the institutions.
The working session will address topics related to pension calculations, the management of overpayments, proactive services, the administration of social insurance contributions, as well as the management of the Guarantee Fund and the collection of receivables.
This exchange of experience contributes to leveraging European best practices and identifying solutions for the development and modernization of social insurance services.
The meeting is taking place under the Cooperation Protocol in the Field of State Social Insurance between the National Office of Social Insurance of the Republic of Moldova and the State Social Insurance Fund under the Ministry of Social Security and Labor of the Republic of Lithuania, signed on August 9, 2011.
