The National Office of Social Insurance hosted a delegation of government officials from Tajikistan today, October 5, 2026, as part of a study visit organized by the “Partnerships for Every Child” Public Association, with support from UNICEF and in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the administration of social benefits, the use of information systems, and collaboration among public institutions to ensure social protection for children and families.
Discussions focused, in particular, on the digitization of services, process automation, and the NOSI's experience in developing proactive services, through which benefits for families with children are granted without the need to submit an application to the NOSI.
The visit is taking place from October 5–9 and aims to facilitate the exchange of experiences regarding the development of the social protection system and the support of children and families in vulnerable situations.
