From September 12–15, 2026, the National Office of Social Insurance is welcoming a delegation from the State Social Insurance Agency of the Republic of Latvia as part of a working visit focused on exchanging experiences and best practices in the field of social security.
During the visit, representatives of the two institutions will discuss topics related to the calculation of social insurance pensions and the application of international agreements in the field of social security, with an emphasis on practical experience, working mechanisms, and solutions implemented in both countries.
The visit provides an opportunity to strengthen institutional cooperation, foster bilateral dialogue, and draw on Latvia’s experience in the administration and modernization of the social insurance system.
