Government Diplomas of Honor for Civil Servants at the National Office of Social Insurance

On the occasion of Civil Servant Day, three colleagues from the National Office of Social Insurance — Lilia Moiseev, Natalia Pantea, and Petru Socolan — were awarded the Government Diploma of Honor, signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, as a sign of high appreciation for their professionalism, responsibility, and valuable contribution to their work in public service.
The awards were presented by the Director General of the National Office of Social Insurance (NOSI), Ms. Elena Țîbîrnă, who offered them sincere congratulations and thanks for their work carried out with dedication, perseverance, and devotion.
This recognition reflects an appreciation of their professional achievements and affirms the values that define public service: integrity, responsibility, respect for others, and commitment to the common good.
