The National Office of Social Insurance informs citizens that cases have been reported in which unknown individuals are calling pension recipients, falsely presenting themselves as NOSI's employees.
During these calls, these individuals request personal and banking information, citing various pretexts related to the determination and review of pensions or other social benefits.
NOSI emphasizes that the institution’s employees DO NOT request bank details, passwords, security codes, or other confidential information from beneficiaries over the phone.
In this context, we urge citizens to exercise caution and not to provide personal or banking information to unknown individuals claiming to represent the institution.
If you receive such calls, we recommend that you end the conversation and verify the information only through the official CNAS channels.
