As part of Open Government Week (OGW), an international initiative aimed at promoting transparency, public accountability, and active dialogue with citizens, the National Office of Social Insurance organized the event “Open doors at NOSI.”
During the event, young people discussed the public social insurance system and took part in a tour of the Territorial Office of Social Insurance in the Botanica district, where they learned about the history of the public social insurance system, back-office and front-office operations, as well as the services offered to citizens.
At the same time, participants each obtained a statement from their personal social insurance account to verify that all social insurance contributions had been paid by their employers.
