Check the information in your personal social insurance account electronically by accessing the "Access CPAS" IS

The electronic service Personal Social Insurance Account (Access CPAS) is an informational solution for each insured person, which allows online verification of the status of the personal social insurance account. Regardless of the sector in which the citizen works and in how many jobs he/she works, all information on the payment of social insurance contributions for the period after January 1, 1999, as declared by the employer, is entered in the personal accounts of insured persons.

 The current account of insured persons contains both information on the insured income, contributions calculated and paid to the state social insurance budget, as well as information on social insurance benefits established and paid by NOSI directly to the beneficiary, as well as employment relationships (employment/discharge from work, suspension of employment contract) and work activity performed in the period up to 01.01.1999, scanned from the work record book (based on Government Decision no. 426/2018). The personal account is updated monthly.

 The information from the personal social insurance account generated by the system can be viewed and printed for the entire period of work performed since January 1, 1999. By viewing the personal account data, each employed person obtains the possibility to check whether the employer pays social insurance contributions and declares the size of the salary accordingly.

     In order to obtain a password to access the "Access CPAS" IS, the following steps must be followed:

     Address the insured person to any territorial subdivision of NOSI (TOSI).

2.  Presentation of the identity document.

3. Receipt, against signature, of the password for access to the information system.

If the password has been lost or forgotten, the access to the current personal account can be restored by the individual repeatedly addressing the TOSI or the NOSI central office at the following address: Chisinau mun., 3 Gheorghe Tudor Street.

IMPORTANT! Individuals, who have an electronic or mobile signature, can access their personal account data through the MPass service without having to go to the territorial subdivision of NOSI to receive the access password.

Access to the information system can be made from any device connected to the Internet, by accessing the official website www.cnas.md, the Personal Social Insurance Account (Access CPAS) banner in the Electronic services provided by NOSI compartment.

The account information is confidential, therefore the interaction between the information system ACCES CPAS and the user is protected by a series of information security regulations, and the password is issued to the holder strictly against signature.

The personal account data will in future serve as the basis for determining pensions and social security benefits, including temporary incapacity for work benefits.

Thus, before completing the application for a pension or benefit, applicants have the opportunity to check the status of their personal account and the accuracy of the data on contributions calculated and paid into the state social insurance budget.

The National Office of Social Insurance urges citizens not to be indifferent to their future and to regularly check their personal social insurance account, especially those who are on the threshold of establishing benefits, including pension.
