    On May 29-31 this year, the representatives of the National Office of Social Insurance of the Republic of Moldova are on a working visit to the State Social Insurance Fund of the Republic of Lithuania (SoDra).

    The purpose of the working visit is to exchange experience in the field of communication and public relations, as well as to learn best practices in informing the population about the public services provided, using modern means of communication.

    At the same time, during the visit, special emphasis will be placed on taking over the best practices in order to improve the consultation services for citizens through the NOSI Call Centre.

    The visit is based on the Cooperation Protocol in the field of state social insurance, signed on August 9, 2011.
