Starting 2015, payers of compulsory state social insurance contributions are required to submit REV-5 insured person statements on a monthly basis in paper format or to submit the reports electronically through the Internet reporting system. In connection with this, the National Social Insurance House has developed the "Requirements on the structure and format of electronic documents of individual records in the public social insurance system (statements of insured persons - form REV-5) submitted monthly (version 2.05)" (hereinafter - Requirements), which describe in detail the rules on data export, file structure and the enumeration of controls.

The given document was approved by Order of the President of CNAS no. 364-А of 30.12.14.

The criteria were developed for programmers, developers of information systems. The principle is the same as the formats for annual returns, with the inclusion of additional requirements for monthly returns.

The proposed document describes the formats in detail with the presentation of control examples. Particular attention should be paid to point 2.3.3. "Additional requirements when forming the electronic package".

Economic agents, who do not have their own information systems, for the electronic filing of declarations may use the programme developed by CNAS REVSPAS ("LAM of the economic agent"), which can be obtained or updated at CTAS or at CNAS (mu. Chișinău, str. Gh. Tudor, 3), or on the website cnas.gov.md under the heading "For economic agents". In the REVSPAS programme, changes have been introduced for the formation of the monthly REV-5 returns.

             Updated the CHECKREV programme, developed by CNAS, for the purpose of control and verification of the annual, quarterly and monthly electronic declaration packages.

The following information is proposed for copying from the CNAS website:

1. Archive rv_el_req_v2_05_ro.zip, which contains the description of the formats electronically, including DBF classifiers and control example.
